The staff here, from the front desk to maintenance workers and maids, are extremely friendly and efficient.

For a 3 star hotel everything was perfect, I enjoyed to be here. A bath in the excellent bathroom was super awesome. Its location at a medium distance from a night club was unbeatable. Moreover, it was so close to byward market, the conference center, and Ottawa. My stay was very good here.

All the staff were fantastically friendly, competent. Location: the hotel was close to bike trails, and Parliament Hill and the Byward Market. Luckily it was close to The Ministry of Coffee, had pastries there when it was record breaking hot outside.

The deluxe room was spacious and recently renovated with a complete kitchen.

booked 6 rooms for a wedding nearby. We had large suites and were able to host a night before party for 45 people. The full kitchen enabled us to store, prepare, and serve food and drinks. The hotel provided extra wine and drink glasses, plates and platters as well as serving tables and linens. The location is quiet, yet near the canal and downtown, we were able to watch the Canada fireworks from our windows and balcony.

Enjoyed a five-night stay here and the king suite we crashed in was really nice. 👍

Very glad to get the last parking space in your garage; for that I came in late morning; excellent. Our suite 704 was very spacious, comfortable beds, all was clean and it was quiet. For one night we did not use kitchen, but the facilities are there and for a longer stay this is good. The hairdrier was broken and I mentioned it to a very friendly female receptionist. All in all very good value for their present fees. Location is stellar.

Receptionist could have been a bit more charming, but he was efficient and got me the last parking space. The breakfast at the resto was rather below standard with bad, lukewarm coffee, but all in all it was ok, and the waitress was friendly and knew her job. I would prefer to pay a bit more for a better bf. At least the coffee should be improved - a new machine which heats well!

Bed is a little to hard for me

The rooms are super clean and have AC which is great. the staff here are all super nice, from the people at the front desk to the maintenance crew and even the cleaning staff! 😊

The housekeeping staff helped me with a couple extra requirements for my room, and they were very efficient, willing and friendly. I also need hep at the front desk and those people were also very helpful and friendly.

Having the breakfast nook and the Study closed on the weekends is inconvenient.

The Room Service was wonderful - I ordered a veggie burger and it was delicious - the chef was great in noticing that I ordered a ceasar salad and called up to see if I was vegetarian - to know if it would be with or without bacon.

The cable service was not working properly. The parking fee was too high as a daily rate - I would have preferred a reduced cost for 2 days.

It was enjoyable and cozy. the place had a nice, charming vibe and the restaurant there was top-notch! 🌟

The rooms here are always air-conditioned and nicely furnished with a comfortable sofa and special details.

Rooms are big and falcilities in the kitchen are ok.
